3110c and 6300 both are net work problems some times signal drop and some ttimes out of coverage and some times call ok ,two sets same problems give me solution,

first try to change that capacitor red marked

problem not solved try this

1)CHECK OR CHANGE STRIP
2)CLEAN PROPERLY X3500 MAIN STRIP CONNECTOR
3)CHECK PWRONX CONNECTION PIN NUMBER 14 AND RESOLDRING
4)CHANGE TOP PWD(ON/OFF PAD)

5)LAST CHECK AVLIMA PIN NUMBER D9
