A few weeks ago, Samsung started offering its smartphones with an upgraded Quick Share that brought support for Apple AirDrop, allowing its users to exchange files with iPhones, iPads, and Macs more easily than ever. Now, the brand is upgrading the file exchange app once again.
Samsung has released an update to its Quick Share app for Galaxy smartphones. Carrying version 13.8.51.58, it brings three changes (via Tarun Vats), and unfortunately, it doesn't fix the issue people have been facing with AirDrop. You can check out the official changelog below.
To get the latest Quick Share update, open the Galaxy Store, tap on the hamburger icon in the top-left corner to access the menu, and select Updates. Now, tap on the update icon beside the app listing or the Update all button at the top-right corner of the display.
