Noal 112 dead after full flash

Dear all:
any body have any solution for this problem i have 2pc noal 112 phone coolsand cpu ,, i read flash file from other new ok phone and write in these phones ,, but my phone is not power on ,,,
i still hold power button atleest 3 min and many time format in 8mb address procedure ,, in short i apply all procedures for this phone ,,, but not success ,, so i want any other help ,, if any person have,,.
my both phone are new ,, no any hardware issue ,,,

bro in my experience rda chip is very bad many new set is dead so you can try different flash file not solve then replace cpu read file right file and do format
