I need Flash File For Vstar 1120

i brought a brand new mobile with same model i read flash file from that mobile and wrote on this but set is dead still one thing more that i have already a flash file when i write that flash file set goes ON but that have phone lock code i know the code of that flash file that is 1035 when it insert that code phone goes to restart mode Please solve this problem
