UCT ET China Tool v1.04 Released - New Features & Bug Fixes

New version released for UCT Software v1.04 for UCT Box & ET-BoX Plus.

New features:
* MTK: Add a new algorithm for read phone lock code on MT6223/5
* SpreadTrum: SC8800S/H supported
* SpreadTrum: SC8800D supported
* SpreadTrum: Read info of EFS/Format
* SpreadTrum: New Unlock function on SC6600L
* SpreadTrum: K5L2833ATA supported
* SpreadTrum: Added new Nand boots to SC6600M & SC6800
* SpreadTrum: 6600M/E_NAND add new Readback/Download method for some special phone

Bug fixes:
* MTK: Fixed a bug in write NOR routines when flash file size is over the real FlashSize
* MTK: Fix search Security Code bug
* SpreadTrum: Fix ID assertion check for nor flash
* SpreadTrum: Fixed sc6800-nand dump from memory
