Samsung also ranked number one in the OLED monitor segment for second year in a row. It captured a 34.6% share of the market just two years after launching its first OLED monitor, the Odyssey OLED G9. Since then, the company has launched several OLED monitors, including the Odyssey Ark, Odyssey OLED G6, Odyssey OLED G8, and the Smart Monitor M9.

This year, the company launched the newer versions of the Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SF), Odyssey OLED G8 (G81SF), Odyssey G9, and unveiled its first glasses-free 3D monitor, the Odyssey 3D (G90XF). While the Odyssey OLED G8 is now available in most markets globally, the Odyssey OLED G6 will become more widely available in the second half of this year.

Hoon Chung, Executive VP of Samsung's TV and monitor business division, said, “Samsung’s momentum in the gaming display market reflects our relentless pursuit of innovation and deep understanding of what today’s gamers need. From immersive 3D experiences to industry-leading OLED performance, we’re shaping the future of gaming.
