A few hours ago, Samsung released the stable version of One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2) for the Galaxy S25 series. Initially, the brand made it available for the base, Plus, and Ultra models, and then for the Fan Edition variant. Now, the company is offering it to the Galaxy S25 Edge.

At the moment, Samsung is rolling out the stable version of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 Edge in its home country, South Korea (via Tarun Vats). The update bringing it carries firmware version ending with CZDP (via Samsung Community). To get it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Samsung hasn't said when it will release the stable version of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 Edge in other regions. Going by the brand's software rollout history, it may arrive in some of the company's biggest markets, including India and the US, in the next few days.

One UI 8.5, as you may know, brings a slightly redesigned user interface and many new features, giving your phone a fresh breath of life. Until we get our hands on the device-specific official changelog of the new software, you can learn more about it in our video below.
