Samsung has shared the list of most popular apps downloaded by Galaxy device owners in the United States through the Galaxy Store.

Rather unsurprisingly, a Samsung app has taken the top spot, followed by a leading music streaming service in second place.

Samsung TV Plus leads the rest in downloads

The list, shared first with Android Authority, reveals the most downloaded apps by Galaxy device owners in the United States through Samsung's own Galaxy Store. The period under review was summer 2025, measuring app downloads from June 1 through August 12.

Samsung TV Plus came in first place. It's the company's free, ad-supported TV app that provides streaming for a wide variety of channels and includes a library of movies and other content. All of the content is available at no charge to Galaxy device owners.

Leading music streaming service Spotify came in second place followed by Microsoft Outlook in the third position. Notable entertainment apps also found their way in the top ten, with the list including the likes of TikTok, Netflix, and SiriusXM.

A few games also made it on the list, these include The Walking Dead: Survivors, Klondike Adventures: Farm Games, and Left to Survive for Samsung.

Samsung is going to provide similar breakdowns of app download activity on the Galaxy Store in the future, providing valuable insights into the app preferences of its users.
