Samsung has announced that it is bringing the BillboardTV channel to its TVs, smart monitors, Galaxy devices, and some touchscreen-equipped home appliances via Samsung TV Plus. This channel brings music fans closer to their favorite artists, music, and the people behind them.
The BillboardTV channel will be exclusively available on Samsung TV Plus for free. This channel offers music-related content, including interviews with artists and industry professionals, live concert specials, news, and red carpet coverage. Billboard, a globally influential music brand for decades, is an American music and entertainment magazine. It publishes content about music events, news, opinion, reviews, videos, and weekly music charts.
With its partnership with Samsung, BillboardTV brings the world's most influential music content to millions of living rooms, improving the connection between music fans and the music industry. It brings behind-the-scenes exclusives, breaking news, and music trends for fans.
The biggest BillboardTV livestream of this fall season will be a special extended edition of Billboard Unfiltered. It features top creators and artists who will debate and announce this year's number one songs across several categories and genres, such as Hot 100, Billboard 200, Hip-Hop & R&B, Hot Latin Songs, and Country.
Salek Brodsky, SVP & Global Head of Samsung TV Plus, said, “With BillboardTV, we’re advancing our vision of Samsung TV Plus as a home for live exclusive content and cultural experiences. This new channel brings the full weight of Billboard’s influence into our ecosystem, giving fans direct access to the moments that matter, and is a powerful step in expanding our leadership as the go-to destination for premium entertainment.“
The BillboardTV channel will be available on the Samsung TV Plus app for Samsung TVs, smart monitors, Galaxy phones and tablets, Family Hub refrigerators, and select Bespoke AI series home appliances. Simply navigate to the Music section of Samsung TV Plus and locate the BillboardTV channel in the TV guide.
