Samsung offers a lineup of displays called Moving Style, but most people around the world don’t know about it, as the brand sells it only in a few regions, including its home country, South Korea. It offers displays that feature a stand with a high level of adjustability, as well as wheels to move the product around easily in an environment. Well, the company has now launched a new TV in it, called The Moving Style, and it takes the adjustability and portability game to the next level.
Samsung’s The Moving Style has a 27-inch display with QHD resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and touch functionality, and features an in-built battery and a kickstand that doubles up as a handle, allowing you to take the display anywhere with you easily, make it stand on any surface, use it without plugging in any cables, and interact with it using the touch of your finger. It is basically a wireless and portable TV, making it one of the very few products of its kind.

Samsung didn’t say which kind of display The Moving Style has, an LCD or an OLED. We believe that if it were an OLED, the brand would have explicitly mentioned it. Considering that it hasn’t, we think that it is an LCD. Samsung says that the display supports HDR10+. The TV has two speakers in a stereo configuration with a total output of 10W. It also supports Dolby Atmos and Q-Symphony.
The Moving Style features Samsung’s Tizen OS, the same operating system that you see on its TVs. Plus, it offers the Art Store that enables you to turn it into a piece of art. The TV comes with support for Google Cast and Apple AirPlay to stream content to it wirelessly from Android or Apple devices. It also supports Google Assistant. The TV doubles up as a SmartThings Hub and Matter Hub.

Samsung's The Moving Style TV has one HDMI port and two USB Type-C ports that you can use for display input, data transfer, and charging, as well as a POGO pin for Slim Fit Cam. Wireless connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3. It has a motion detection sensor. Samsung says that the TV can run up to three hours on a single charge.
Samsung has priced The Moving Style at KRW 1,490,000 (approximately USD 1,071). That’s not bad for a product offering so many features. The brand has started taking pre-orders for it on its official website for the country. However, there’s no information about when the company will start shipping it. We hope Samsung launches it in more regions.
