Samsung offers many washer, dryer, and washer and dryer combo models. While the wide range of products gives people with different needs and budgets an option, it also makes it hard for them to choose one. Well, to solve the problem, Samsung has now come up with the Help Me Choose tool.
Samsung has announced that it is launching the Help Me Choose tool for washers, dryers, and washer and dryer combos on its website. Help Me Choose will ask users a few questions about their laundry needs, such as household size, laundry habits, and lifestyle preferences, and based on their requirements, the tool will suggest a product.
Samsung’s Executive Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing Team for Digital Appliances (DA) Business, Sang Jik Lee, said, “Today’s consumers have a wide array of laundry needs and preferences, and that means there is no one-size-fits-all solution. By simplifying the decision-making process and offering a more intuitive product discovery journey, the ‘Help Me Choose’ tool makes it easy to find the best fit.”
Samsung says that it will start rolling out Help Me Choose this month in select countries and expand it to other regions at a later stage.
