Good Lock has gone through several phases since it went live for Galaxy device users globally last week. The app had some issues initially, but most were fixed in a matter of days. Nevertheless, the global Good Lock saga wasn't over. The customization platform has just changed again for global users, and this time, it might be the last.

We've been keeping a close eye on Good Lock ever since it debuted worldwide. At first, some modules were not downloadable by users in new markets, while other modules weren't listed at all. Now, it appears that the global Good Lock release might be finally complete. New modules have just popped up, while others, exclusive to South Korea, have been removed.

The three modules that are no longer listed in the Good Lock app for global users are Galaxy to Share, Dropship, and RegiStar. The first two are interconnected. They allow users to save and share their custom settings from other Good Lock modules. RegiStar adds more custom options for the Settings app.

These three modules have remained exclusive to Korea. It appears that they were not a part of the global Good Lock launch after all. They might go live in more markets eventually, but last week, they were erroneously listed in the Good Lock app. They have just been unlisted.

In their place, Samsung has added additional Good Lock modules that were missing and should have been there from the start. All of them are finally available for download. You will no longer experience any errors upon launching the Good Lock app or attempting to download any of the listed modules.

The latest additions to Good Lock for global users are:

    • LockStar: Create new lock screens and AOD styles.
    • Home Up: Greatly expands One UI home screen settings.
    • ClockFace: More customization options for lock screen and AOD clock styles.
    • NotiStar: Manage notification history.
    • MultiStar: Improvements and more options for Multi-Window.
    • (Beta) Display Assistant: offers an extension to various display-related features.

In total, global Good Lock users can now download and access 19 modules through the Good Lock app. Each focuses on expanding the One UI experience through new settings and features.

If you haven't already, you can now download Good Lock on your Galaxy device from the Galaxy Store or the Play Store.

Aside from the three modules that are missing for regional-locking reasons, it now appears that the Good Lock global launch has finally caught up with the rest of the world.
