In March 2025, Samsung launched the brand’s 2025 lineup of robot vacuum cleaners, including the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra. Well, if you were planning to get one of the models in it, you will be happy to know that it has set a new standard in security.
Samsung has announced that the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) has awarded the 2025 lineup of its Bespoke AI robot vacuum cleaners with IoT Standard certification, the agency’s highest rating for Internet of Things (IoT) security certification.

According to Samsung, the 2025 lineup of Bespoke AI robot vacuum cleaners feature Samsung Knox, the brand’s proprietary security solution, and Knox Matrix, the company’s Trust Chain technology, which allows devices connected to SmartThings monitor each other security status and detect and block threats.
Samsung’s other home appliances have also received KISA’s IoT Standard certification, including 2024 Bespoke AI Steam, Bespoke AI Family Hub, Bespoke AI Hybrid, and Bespoke AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max. Currently, Samsung's robot vacuum cleaners are the only products in their segment to offer this security rating.
Commenting on the achievement, Samsung Electronics' Managing Director for DA Business Division, Kim Deok-Ho, said “The powerful security performance based on Knox installed in Samsung Bespoke home appliances has been objectively recognized by various organizations. We will continue to advance our security solutions so that users can use Samsung’s AI home appliances with greater peace of mind.”
