I have alcatel ot-991 which has already been unlocked so i could use it with a sim card from a different provider, which i did for few months, but because the phone was very slow and had a problem with the memory i decided to install custom rom, after flashing and rooting i managed to install custom rom, in order to install the rom i was suppose to do a full wipe factory reset
now when i insert my sim card, it asks for the pin code and when i enter it then it asks for sim me lock
could someone tell me what am i suppose to do
by the way on a different thread i asked for unlock code and Faisal Jee gave me the following codes which dont work

which one do i use
