Nokia c1 no power. if I reheat the flash and CPU ic then the mobile power on for few minutes .pls help what problem................

how did dead c1 ?? water, fall or other

it takes full flash but it does not power on

It dead no reason no water damaged. After reheat it again power on for few minutes only pls help.
