history: it is water damage phone
model: 2330c
action taken
1.full clean the board with petrol
2.dry under 100w light at least 30 minute
3.cheak the board with meter but not show short
4.but set not on with battary
5.so attach with power supply show short

6.so just remove Bluetooth ic


7.and then set now ok but with white screen
8.change display then cheak the phone it is run as well
