Simple Procedure to find out all 22/23 circles MNC codes for a mobile operator
Please insert SIM in LG GB110 Handset (Other handset may have this feature). Select Preferred network from Network setting and you will find all circles MNC Codes. These codes are stored in your SIM. (Old SIM may not have updated information)
