LG claims that its Micro RGB Evo TVs feature “thouands of local dimming zones.” They are powered by the ‭‬11 AI Processor 4K Gen3, which manages both picture processing and the Micro RGB Engine. This engine controls the individual red, green, and blue components of the LEDs within the backlight system. According to LG, these TVs can fully cover the DCI-P3, BT.2020, and Adobe RGB color gamuts.

These Micro RGB TVs utilize 4K LCD panels that support up to a 165Hz variable refresh rate alongside Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG. The series includes support for gaming features such as ALLM, VRR, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Nvidia G-Sync, and HGiG.

For audio, the TVs are equipped with 2.2-channel speakers and support Dolby Atmos, LG Sound Sync, Clear Voice Pro, Wow Orchestra, and AI Sound.

Software-wise, the televisions run on the latest version of webOS, version 26. Similar to Samsung TV Plus, the LG Channels feature on LG's Micro RGB Evo TVs offers hundreds of free TV channels via the internet.

Connectivity options are robust, featuring four HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB Type-A ports, an Ethernet port, and an RF port. Wireless support includes Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, AirPlay 2, Google Cast, and DLNA. Additionally, the TVs are compatible with major smart home ecosystems, including Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Matter.
