The powerful Samsung Health app has received a new update which unlocks a plethora of new fitness content through an integration. It also makes it easier for users to find fitness content from the various partners that make their content available through the app.
Samsung Health is a one-stop shop for all things health and fitness on Galaxy devices. It's where all of the health-related data is processed to provide a comprehensive view and AI-powered recommendations to fix your sleep, exercise, and more.
The company is now rolling out version 6.30.5.105 of the Samsung Health app. The new update is gradually being released and will soon be available across all regions. It enables integration with iFit for engaging content created by experienced fitness trainers for the Galaxy ecosystem.
Samsung announced its partnership with iFit back in July, and the company had said at that time the content would be live in the fall. The iFit experience that's now available in Samsung Health enables users to access select workouts directly in the app for a monthly or annual fee. Available workouts range from yoga, pilates, cardio, recovery, HIIT, and more.
This latest update also adds a Discover tab to Samsung Health, which surfaces health and wellness content from a selection of partners right within the app. Users in select countries will also be able to access personalized health information, meal plans, and products from additional premium partners.
