Best dongle dont have scan or bus chek option in usb like other tools . so its difficault to remove secutity code only via usb .
Here is the small trick that solve ur problem.
Open best interface
Open hwk interface
if the mobile is xgold x223 (Asha 302) then in bb5 tools chose any xglod mobile like c203 or any one .
In mcu chose the mcu file of asha 302
Click on cheak
after cheaking you pc will got all driver of asha 302 and set goes to local mode.
Now cheak the best dongle your set is boot successfully.
now you can read the user code
