How to Root Symphony W20 ?

I am unable to Root my Symphony Xplorer W20 (MT6575 Hardware).

(i) When I am trying to root with Unlockroot software, then in shows “Failed to get shell root” message.
The Other softwares usually used to root most of the android phones, like
(ii) Bin4ry_v18 (Root_with_Restore_by_ Bin4ry_v18)
(iii) SuperOneClick
(iv) MTKdroidTool
Are also unable to Root my Symphony Xplorer W20 .

1) Press Hold Volume Up & Down

2) Press Power

3) Show Screen Recovery text Mode

4) Select clear flash

5) then ok
