1. power off phone
2. press and hod volume up & down
3. press power button after 2 vibrate remove power button
4. u see droid boot on screen
5. then press power button 2 or three time
u see droid boot provinces menu
6 .press volume dow and select recovary
7.use wipe data and cache
8.press yes
9.reboot system
ur problem cleared
