1. Disconnect your phone via usb cable if connected
2. Disconnect the battery and reconnect
3. press 5 button and don't release
4. connect your phone via usb cable
5. check in your device manager which port is made
6. Do agian line 1 2 and 3 now open c2000 DLoaderLite.exe.ini and edit failport to which shown in device manager eg [FailPort=1]
7. and now open DLoaderLite.exe chek on Dloadoffline click on start when shown ram writing connect your phone showing erease and flash when 100% complete your phone is ok
8. Now restore nv data
