your phone it was locked by which network before you unlock it was use network in your country or is from other country ?

serv provider code is not for network solution

ok, my fone used T-mobile network and i live in africa (Burkina Faso). I tried 2 network of my country.

good many t mobile use GSM:
850, 1900 MHz and in you country is 900 and 1800 and me to am africa Tanzania we use 900 and 1800 so may be this phone is use GSM:
850, 1900 MHz read in google T-Mobile Sparq specifications

so you need to flash your phone
phone ot-606a and u use 900\1800mhz need write ot-606x firmware
Firmware: 606A-2ETBUS3 324 XL32QM0N JRD53_09B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6253_S00.MAUI_09B_W09_52_SP 1_V12_F7

you use any tool that flash Alcatel
