i think your handset caunter block..

try to hardreset ..


Turn off your phone. Hold VOLUME UP + power on/off key at same time until the phone switching ON to reset it.

ALL User phone data: contacts, photos, messages and files, downloaded applications like Java games will be lost permanently.

maybe after hardreset counter reset

and try to again enter unlock code...............
 
Ok... I will try that after OT upgrade when it get me new 10 bid to enter right code... I will tell you about 10 min...
