One week after launching the Galaxy Tab A11, Samsung has finally made the Galaxy Tab A11+ official. Both tablets will be available for purchase in Europe soon. The Galaxy Tab A11+ is particularly interesting, as it brings a much more powerful processor than its predecessor and comes with a useful productivity feature.
The Galaxy Tab A11 and the Galaxy Tab A11+ have been announced for the European market. While the Galaxy Tab A11 is already available for purchase, the Galaxy Tab A11+ will reach store shelves before the end of this year. Both devices come in gray and silver options.
The Galaxy Tab A11+ has an 11-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and four loudspeakers in stereo mode. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip, 4GB/8GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB storage. It has a microSD card slot for storage expansion by up to an additional 2TB.
The tablet runs Android 16-based One UI 8.0 and will get seven major Android OS updates. It also features Gemini for AI-related tasks. Samsung Notes supports Maths Solver on the device.
More importantly, it supports Samsung DeX. You can switch to the DeX mode with a simple on-screen gesture. It offers a desktop-oriented UI on the tablet's screen and allows you to run multiple apps at the same time and resize those app's windows as per your preferences. It is the cheapest Samsung tablet to have this productivity feature.
It is powered by a 7,040mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. Other features include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB 2.0 Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes in Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + Cellular (5G) variants.
Samsung will announce the pricing of the Galaxy Tab A11+ close to its launch. The Galaxy Tab A11 costs €180 for the 64GB version and €230 for the 128GB version for Wi-Fi-only variants.
