A few days ago, Samsung started rolling out the November 2025 security patch to the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, the brand had made it available only in its home country, South Korea. Well, the company is now offering it in more regions.

Samsung has released the November 2025 security patch for the Galaxy S25 series in Europe (via Tarun Vats). The update is 569.89MB in size and carries firmware version S938BXXS7BYK3. It fixes 25 security issues present in the previous version of the OS.

To get the update, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. We expect Samsung to start offering the update to other variants of these phones, such as US factory-unlocked and carrier-locked models, and in other regions in the next few days.

Samsung is also cooking One UI 8.5 for Galaxy phones and tablets. A leaked official firmware for the Galaxy S25 featuring the new customisation shows that it brings visual changes and new features, which you can check out in our video below.

Since then, many newer builds of One UI 8.5 have leaked, and all of them have brought upgrades. Samsung isn’t done developing the OS. So, there’s a chance that the brand may add even more features to it. Samsung is expected to debut it with the Galaxy S26 series.
