Samsung has released a software update to the international variants of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which have model numbers SM-S931B, SM-S936B, and SM-S938B, in India and Europe. It offers the June 2025 security patch, which fixes 19 security issues (via Tarun Vats).

The update for India has firmware version S93xBXXS4AYF2 and is 586.39MB in size. That for Europe has firmware version S93xBXXS4AYF1 and is 571.79MB in size, as you can see in the images below. To get it, go to Settings » Software update » Download and install. Samsung has already offered the update in Korea.

Samsung is also testing Android 16-based One UI 8.0. While it isn’t as big of an upgrade as Android 15-based One UI 7.0, it does offer some welcome changes. The brand has made its beta version available for the Galaxy S25 series. Moments ago, the brand also released its second beta version.

To try it out, download the Samsung Members app, sign up for the One UI 8 Beta Program, go to Settings » Software update » Download and install, and you should get the update. According to multiple reports, Samsung may soon release the stable version of One UI 8.
