jumpering PA is only for testing purpose , u need to replace PA with new one for perfect work .
anyway here I share d PA jumper way for 900MHz & 1800MHz . also note that fem518 is equivalent with sky77518 means if u not found fem518 PA then u can also use sky77518 instead .
both PA have same connections & same type . check below for way . red jumper for 900mhz signal & green jumper for 1800mhz signal .

but remember jumpering is only for testing purpose , I advice u to replace PA with new one for professional job.

i agree some points but PA is network output amplifire so not possible full network without PA
