or,can reload software via 'Loader'

1. open blackberry application loader

see this is appLoader

2. mark "detect comunication port" then click to "next"

3. mark "replace the device"s" then click to "next"

4. naw select language and application

see app select

5. see now device is going to loading software...

6. loading software is finished now...
