Alcatel OT-981a No Service

This Phone Comes From Wind Operator / Italy .

I'M Already Select GSM Band When Manually Searching Then Showing Here in My Country All Operator Name.

But When I Doing Try For Register Network Also Fail.



Any Proper Solution For Me / Us.
