    HELP-blackberry 9810 can"t disable password

    hi,to everybody i have 1 blackberry 9810 i can not disable passwrd.. i do 'wipe data' 'factory reset' 'nuke' 'erase all' super erase' and new os load also same it will showing the screen (new passwrd) so,can anybody please help me about this problem??? thanks in advance
