hi all member or moderator im using mx key but my ufs not work with mx key i follow helpfull man method but not sucses

but i tried that method its running in my computer.because when im updated my mxkey in new version...ufs is gone..but i try to seach i see a THREAD then i try it its running to my OS WINDOWS 7...
