Thanks But What Meaning DFU?

Dear thanks for replay. I don't know what do you mean DFU Mode? I can't start or on my phone. I tried a lot of method like volume key and power Key press together, Battery remove and tired .When I connect my mobile with my laptop some time show it alcatel wirless device some time show unknown device, some time show as MTK Device on my computer device manager. Any way I can't on my mobile. So..... ???
