Well, the Samsung Omnia 7 is a Windows Phone 7 device. For WP7.5/7.8 devices you need to download Zune software so you can connect your smartphone to the pc and do what ever you like with the phone (sync, share, add files etc)
Download Zune at http://www.windowsphone.com/en-US/how-to… and just connect you smartphone to the pc after the Zune is installed on your PC and log with your microsoft account and your done.
