samsung galaxy s back key not work

dear, i got a galaxy s i9003 it allow one touch after any touch not work , i flashed 2.3.6 vesion now all keys working but back key not working ,i tryed different firmware still same pls help me,,,,,,,,,,

try to flash with same and working firmware can you update it,s firmware

where get working firmware , i flashed many firmware with odin ,,,,,,,,,
