Samsung is expanding the availability of its latest Galaxy Watch 6 update to more regions beyond Korea. The firmware is now rolling out for the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic in India, and it is likely becoming available in other regions as we speak.
For the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic in India, the update weighs approximately 288MB, as seen in a screenshot shared by @tarunvats33. One UI 8.0 Watch is already here, and this new update is nothing as exciting. It consists mainly of improved security.
Namely, the update introduces the February 2026 security patch. Watch 6 users can identify the firmware number by the last four characters: 6ZB6.
The full changelog includes only two, rather generic descriptions:
You can look for new updates for your Galaxy Watch 6 via the Settings app on your wearable or the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected smartphone.
If you are using the Wearable phone app, navigate to the following: Watch settings > Watch software update > Download and install > Install now.
