Samsung is reportedly going to demonstrate a new Brain Health feature at the Consumer Electronics Show 2026 in Las Vegas next month. This feature will be able to analyze various metrics to help detects the early signs of dementia.
This feature will be showcased at The First Look experience that Samsung is setting up at the Wynn Las Vegas as part of its CES 2026 appearance.
This feature will join many other preventative healthcare features offered through Samsung Health, including blood pressure monitoring, ECG, irregular heart rhythm notifications, and more.
The Brain Health feature will rely on data collected through Samsung's mobile and wearable devices, such as Galaxy smartphones and smartwatches. This will include gait patterns, changes in a user's voice, and sleep status. That data will then be analyzed by Brain Health to detect changes in cognitive function.
Based on this analysis, Brain Health will be able to identify cognitive decline or the early signs of dementia. It will provide guidance on preventative measures and also propose a customize brain training program to help improve cognitive abilities.
The report mentions that Samsung has completed the development of this feature in-house and is now conducting clinical validation trials in partnership with medical institutions.
