The good folks over at imeisource's YouTube channel have been releasing videos every week counting down the top ten Good Lock modules, and the final video in the series has just dropped today.
As you'd expect, the best Good Lock app is one that most users would have expected to see in the top spot. It's Camera Assistant, and the video explains why it's the best bit of software from Samsung.
There's a reason why Camera Assistant is in the top spot, it's because the app allows for incredible personalization for one of the most used features on a smartphone, the camera. This Good Lock app gives you so much control over each of the camera items that it's worth having it on number one.
There's a wide variety of personalization options available through the Camera Assistant. There are zoom shortcuts, for example, which lets you select the preferred zoom levels with just one tap. The app is also where you can turn off Auto HDR, a feature that's enabled by default in the camera app.
If you feel that the camera app softens the images a bit too much by default, you can adjust those settings in this Good Lock app as well, choose from completely off, medium, or high for picture softening.
