After releasing the first One UI 8.0 beta update for the Galaxy A55 and the Galaxy S23 series earlier today, Samsung has opened the One UI 8.0 Beta Program for two more mid-range smartphones: Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A54. The company seems extremely quick this year in rolling out beta updates.
The Android 16-based One UI 8.0 Beta Program is now live for the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A54. People who register their phones in this beta program can now install the One UI 8.0 beta update. The update is currently available in India and could soon be released in other eligible countries. Besides Android 16, the update brings several new and improved features to the phones.

Samsung has also included the September 2025 security patch with this beta update. This new patch makes the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A54 more secure.
If you have a Galaxy A35 or the Galaxy A54 and want to beta-test One UI 8.0 on your phone, you need to enroll into the One UI 8 Beta Program. To do that, install the latest version of the Samsung Members app. Then, open the app and log into it using the same Samsung account that you are currently using on your phone. After logging into the app, find the One UI 8 Beta Program notice for your phone in the app and register your phone after accepting the required terms and conditions.
Once your phone is enrolled into the beta program, navigate to Settings » Software update » Download and install on your phone. Then, once the update is downloaded, tap the Install now button. Your phone will restart after a few minutes, and you can then start using the beta version of One UI 8.0.
