According to several reports from Community members in Korea, Samsung is now rolling out a new One UI 7 beta update for the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
The first One UI 7 beta update, which landed on the Galaxy Tab S10 series in Korea precisely two weeks ago, carried a firmware version that ended in the four characters “ZYC2.”
Samsung's 2nd One UI 7 beta firmware, available now for the Galaxy Tab S10 series in Korea, can be identified as version “ZYC5.” The package weighs a little over 1GB and includes the March 2025 security patch.
Judging by the information beta testers in Korea have shared via the official Community forums (via 1, via 2, via 3), the 2nd release is fairly small in scope. It doesn't bring many new features or changes. However, it appears to be addressing some issues concerning the home screen and aspect ratio. When translated, the changelog states the following:

If you are waiting for the stable One UI 7 release, Samsung recently confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S10 series should get it in mid-April 2025.
Even older tablets won't be delayed much longer. Samsung intends to release One UI 7 for the Galaxy Tab S9 series a week after the Tab S10. Likewise, the Galaxy Tab S8 lineup could get stable One UI 7 before the end of April.
Availability will differ by market, but it looks like we're on the final stretch. The stable One UI 7 update appears to be almost ready for prime time. Once it is rolling out, we will make the firmware files available for download through the imeisource database. We'll keep you posted.
