Nokia C3-00 software RM-614 08.70

I am looking to update my old nokia c3-00 RM-614 to the latest software release 08.70 for Phoenix

I have tryed to update this in nokia suite v3.8.54 but says it cant update/failed to update?

Product code is 059B8B8
so needing the C3-00 EURO-C1 CTV GB SGREY software
