nokia 6500s strange problem

I have a nokia 6500s.
first it was headphone conect error.
sometime it connect or missed.
i jumperd the headphone line as......( in attached file )


.....with a wrong process.
then it was 25% sort in power supply.
i removed all jumpers soon.
but my phone was dead.
in this situation ,phone cant start normally.


but it is a strange system that,

when i hold power key without battery and then i plug battery later it always starts well.
but when i plug charger it HANG AND always turns off.

it cant boot with any flasher box.

i have tried with mx key but failed alltime.

can you check witch ic is short i think Betty and power ic is damage heck this tow ic change or replace
