Motorola V170 no service

Help me my phone is no service it can't work here in philippines it came from US, is there a code or pin to put? anyway,
I insert all sim network but still no service can't text or call..no signal no network.

------ all sim card, still no service, this motorola V170 is an old model from US then i can't use here in Philippines, I think it need a code an area code??
