u can use cable usb or RJ45 E210 .......

use samsung tool..............

Procedure:

Qualcom mode method (only usb):
1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
3. Connect USB part of 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Unlock.
6. Press Unlock button.

After Unlocking .......

• 
  [*]Insert unaccepted simcard to the phone
  
  • then it show"Phone Freeze,Contact your service provider"
  
  [*]Enter the "freeze code" then press ok
  [*]but you cannot see any numbers that you type
  [*]After enter freeze code automatic ask network lock
