Ans: Run Activator , if you has already registered to foll link(User Control Panel) you can directly login with exitsing account then new window will appear click on Check hwid after few seconds Register HWID will appear click on it wait few seconds then task completed.
Now you are ready to run Gsminder pc version
2.When i click exe showing FT2xx.dll not found ?
Ans: Go to program files - Gsmfinder pc version - drivers -jaf -FT2xx.dll copy to Windows -system32 then this error will disappear
3. When I click on read info and factory reset in berry showing error?
Ans: Go to programfiles - Gsmfinder pc version - drivers-Blackberry install
the 3 drivers then this error will disappear
4.Why my device showing invalid hwid when click some services ?
Ans: Normally this error happens 1.When run new version 2. Use vpn 3. Bluetooth on
4.Add new network card
If this error happens please follow below instructions :

5. What happens if want i want to change the computer ,wheather my credits
or activations will be lost ?
Ans: No, there is option in activator to unregister your account
After you unregister you can run the activator in new pc and follow the
below instructions:
(Run Activator , you can directly login with exitsing account then new window will appear click on Check hwid after few second Regsiter HWID will appear click on it wait few seconds then task completed.)
Important Note: if you unregister there is time limit of 24 hours within 24hours you have to activate in new pcs otherwise you will loose credits
6.How i can buy credits ?
Ans : In gsm finder pc version go to support tool tab put your login and pass
click on support area activation, then you will enter credits home page
click on buy credits ,make your request xx.xx click accept ,
then will appear xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (open)16 digit code give it to resseller
if resseller accept your request you can see the code will tagged
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (Tagged) after your payment you will get the credits
7. I bought credits its showing in credits account but still my gsmfinder pc
version dont have credits how i can tranfer to exe or device ?
Ans: just go to this link(User Control Panel) you can see account and devices tranfer
From -select the account To - select the device input xxx.xx credits
tranfer , you can tranfer back to the account from device also using same
method
8. How i can make berry tools and other services activated i didnt see any button for it ?
Ans : just go to (User Control Panel)
through support tool or direct link select the device computer or dongle
after select press select then you can see which services can activate,
the services that can activate can see activate button and it consume
how many credits just press then it will be activated
note: you should have enough credits to activate
9.Is Gsmfinder PC version and Dongle version software different?
Ans : Yes PC version no need dongle ,Dongle version will be separate exe
10. Where i can see the credits consumptions chart and prices ?
Ans : Credit & activation conusumption you can see inside device credits & activations tab or think link
