After months of delay, Samsung released the stable One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6 last week. However, it appears that the update isn't stable after all. Yesterday, we reported that the update was pulled off the air in select regions and the update was halted for the Galaxy S24.

Now, the update seems to have been taken down for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Galaxy Z Flip 6, Fold 6 One UI 7.0 stable update firmware pulled off the servers, likely due to a bug

It appears that Samsung has pulled the stable One UI 7.0 update (via @tarunvats33) firmware for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 off its servers in select regions. The update doesn't seem to be available anymore in Europe, South Korea, and the USA. There is no official statement from Samsung about this yet.

Earlier today tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) claimed that Samsung had to pull the Galaxy S24's update off the server because it discovered a serious bug. Apparently, the South Korean firm decided to halt the release plan for all the countries, including China.

This reflects poorly on Samsung, as the company couldn't manage a bug-free release for One UI 7.0 despite months of testing in multiple countries. For the Galaxy S24, the company released six beta updates as part of the One UI 7.0 Beta Program. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 also received multiple beta updates, but Samsung wasn't able to eliminate all the critical bugs.

If this information about a critical bug is accurate, we may be looking at another delay to the already lengthy delay we've experienced in getting the stable One UI 7.0 update for eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
