Alongside the Galaxy S25 FE, Samsung is expected to launch at least two more devices: the Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra largely looks and feels similar to its predecessor, featuring an ultra-thin metal body, a large display with thin bezels, and a dual-camera setup on the rear. Its detailed specifications have now leaked, revealing a thinner body than the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.

Tipster Ahmed Qwaider has published important Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra specifications on X. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is just 5.1mm thin, making it 0.3mm thinner than the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Moreover, the tablet is said to be powered by a 11,600mAh battery. If the information is correct, Samsung has managed to make the tablet thinner despite using a bigger battery.

The tablet has a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with WQXGA+ resolution (2,960 x 1,848 pixels) and a 120Hz variable refresh rate. It has four speakers, an in-display fingerprint reader, S Pen, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Its S Pen will also likely carry an IP68 rating. It will come in two colors: Gray and Silver.

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is said to come equipped with the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor. Its 256GB and 512GB variants will have 12GB RAM, while the one with 1TB storage has 16GB RAM. It will run Android 16-based One UI 8.0 software out of the box and all the Galaxy AI and Gemini features.

The upcoming flagship tablet from Samsung reportedly features a 12MP front-facing camera and a 13MP+8MP rear-facing camera. That means it will have one 12MP front camera less than the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. It will also feature Wi-Fi 7, eSIM, USB Type-C port, and 45W fast charging.
