Earlier today, a new beta version of Samsung’s Android 16-based One UI 8.0 for the Galaxy S25 was spotted on the brand’s server, suggesting that the company may release a sixth beta of the new software to its latest non-foldable flagship smartphone lineup. With that, the question is, what changes will it offer? Well, we now have some information on that front.

According to Tarun Vats, the sixth beta version of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S25 may bring two new features to the phone. First, the Now Brief feature may get the ability to read the summary aloud. Second, the Gallery app may offer a button while viewing videos that will automatically remove unwanted noises from it using Audio Eraser.

Both these features arrived with the stable version of One UI 8 on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Galaxy Z Flip 7. It is also worth mentioning that a few internal builds of the new software for the Galaxy S25 have offered these features, and with that, we were expecting to see it on the beta and stable builds eventually.

At the moment, there’s no information about when Samsung will release the One UI 8 Beta 6 to the Galaxy S25. Considering that the stable version is expected to arrive soon, the sixth beta version may land anytime now.
