It's no secret that Samsung has put a lot of emphasis on Galaxy AI features since the Galaxy S24's debut. The S24 series was the first to introduce Galaxy AI, and since the day it was announced, Samsung's narrative shifted heavily toward artificial intelligence.

Nowadays, Samsung mentions Galaxy AI with every opportunity, but there's a reason for it. People use Galaxy AI, and Samsung has the numbers to back that up. According to the company, 70% of Galaxy S25 users are using Galaxy AI. And that's not all.

More Samsung fans are warming up to Galaxy AI

Samsung says Galaxy AI usage among Galaxy S25 users skyrocketed since last year when the Galaxy S24 was introduced. And here are some interesting figures that support the company's claims:

    • More than half of Galaxy S25 users (54%) use Circle to Search.
    • The number of Photo Assist users among Galaxy S25 owners has doubled (26%) compared to S24 users (13.4%).
    • One in three Galaxy S25 users rely on Now Brief.

So, 70% of all Galaxy S25 users are using at least some Galaxy AI tools. And according to Samsung, among these features, Google Gemini has shown the most growth. The number of Gemini users has tripled on the Galaxy S25 lineup.

With these details revealed, you can see why Samsung is pushing the Galaxy AI narrative forward. Many people use these tools, and the adoption rate is on the rise.

Looking to the future, Samsung has set a new goal. By the end of 2025, the company aims to deliver Galaxy AI experiences to more than 400 million customers. This includes Galaxy phones, watches, laptops, and tablets. Future XR (eXtended Reality) devices will also be deeply integrated with Galaxy AI.

The latest Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 series, announced at Unpacked in New York, employ the latest One UI 8 update and introduce new and improved AI features. We're guessing that they, too, will contribute to reaching the 400 million goal by the end of the year.

Likewise, Samsung's latest Galaxy Watch 8 smartwatch series is also the first to adopt Google Gemini. The addition of Gemini allows users to go hands-free with the Watch experience and interact with the wearable using their voices.
